We define service by answering the following questions in the affirmative:

Have we properly assessed our clients' needs?

Have we provided the best possible advice in the particular circumstances?

Have we provided reassurance in time of need?

Have we protected our clients' personal and business assets?

Have our clients' benefited by their association with us?
